These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of KCC Office AI, an AI-assisted business communication and office-management service provided by Kahaan Construction Co. (“KCC”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using KCC Office AI, including through WhatsApp or other supported communication channels, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose

KCC Office AI is designed to assist with business communication, office administration, labour-management activities, attendance-related information, expense information, reporting, and other internal business processes.

The service may use artificial intelligence to process information and generate responses or reports based on the information provided to it.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use KCC Office AI only for lawful business and administrative purposes.

You must not:

• Use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Provide information that you are not authorized to share.
• Use the service to impersonate another person or organization.

3. WhatsApp Communication

KCC Office AI may communicate with users through WhatsApp and the WhatsApp Business Platform.

Messages sent to or received through WhatsApp may be processed by KCC and by service providers involved in delivering the communication and AI-assisted services.

Users should not send confidential information through WhatsApp unless they are authorized to do so and understand the associated risks.

4. AI-Generated Information

KCC Office AI may use artificial intelligence to interpret messages, prepare reports, organize information, and generate responses.

AI-generated information may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Therefore, AI-generated responses should be reviewed before being relied upon for important business, financial, contractual, employment, or legal decisions.

KCC Office AI is an assistance tool and does not replace human review or professional advice.

5. Business and Labour Information

Where the service is used for attendance, labour records, expenses, salary-related information, reports, or other business records, users are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and that they have appropriate authorization to provide such information.

KCC may maintain records generated through the service for legitimate business and administrative purposes, subject to the applicable Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Services

KCC Office AI may depend on third-party services and platforms, including WhatsApp, Meta, Google services, cloud services, and AI service providers.

The availability and operation of such third-party services are outside KCC’s direct control and may be subject to their own terms, policies, and technical limitations.

7. Privacy

Your use of KCC Office AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and processed.

8. Service Availability

We will make reasonable efforts to keep KCC Office AI available and functional. However, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party service interruptions, network problems, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

The KCC Office AI service, including its software, design, workflows, documentation, and associated materials, is owned by or licensed to Kahaan Construction Co., except for third-party materials and user-provided information.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

10. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kahaan Construction Co. will not be responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or AI-generated information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

KCC may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of KCC Office AI when reasonably necessary.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be made available through the applicable website or service.

13. Termination

KCC may suspend or terminate access to KCC Office AI if the service is misused, if these Terms are violated, or where suspension or termination is reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational, or business reasons.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Gujarat, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
